Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Entropy Ventures LLC (“Entropy Ventures,” “we,” “us”) builds software products and operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as the work requires.

Some of our applications have their own privacy details that are specific to how that app works. Where an app’s listing or in-app policy differs from this page, the app-specific policy governs that app. This page covers entropyventures.io and our general practices.

01Information we collect

This website. We do not require an account and do not ask you to submit personal information to browse entropyventures.io. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site securely and protect against abuse.

When you contact us. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to share — your email address, name, and the contents of your message — so we can respond.

Our applications. The data an app collects depends on what the app does. Each app discloses its own collection and use at install or within the app and on its App Store listing. We design our apps to request only the data needed to provide their features.

02How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

03Service providers

We rely on a small number of reputable providers to run our website and products — for example, hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare) and email. These providers process data only to perform services for us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

04Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably useful to support you, then deleted or anonymized.

05Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to limit what we collect so there is less to protect.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.

07Children

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08International users

We are based in the United States. If you access our website or apps from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve or the law changes. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
